TENANT COST

1. Lease cost : R550-00 (To draw up the lease, normally double this cost)

2. TPN & ITC credit checks: R350 per person applying

LANDLORD COSTS

3. AI Placement fee : 50% of 1 months rental

4. Annual renewal fee : 25% of 1 months rental
